1.5. CoC Competition Project Evaluation Report

Executive Summary: The Ohio Balance of State CoC Competition is an annual process whereby the Ohio BoS CoC must rank projects based on Project Evaluation criteria as defined by the Ohio BoS CoC Board. You can find the specifications and criteria on the COHHIO website. The report is available publicly at the project summary level in R minor. It is also available in R minor elevated, which requires authentication, so that users can see exactly how each measure is being scored, down to the client level.

Purpose: This report's main function is to fulfill the reporting side of the CoC Competition process, using data from HMIS to aid the CoC in a final project ranking.

Frequency: Annual.

Compatibility and system requirements: Any CoC-funded project that participates in the Ohio Balance of State HMIS will be represented in this reporting. To access R minor, any browser should work. To access R minor elevated, you must have a login, and to get a login, you should be an HMIS user. Once you have a login, any browser should work.
